This includes the horizontal gaze nystagmis test (follow the pen with your eyes) the walk and turn test and the one legged stand.

Insurance Adjusters are not your Friend

Just remember if you are in an auto accident the insurance adjuster is not your friend. Their sole mission is to get rid of your claim as cheaply as possible. They will want you to give a recorded statement and will attempt to get you to say things that will limit or destroy your claim.

You are not required to give a statement to the other guy's insurance carrier.
